By establishing a safe and pleasant work environment, SEBO MEC will do its best to prevent disaster and improve the health and the quality of life of its employees. We have established a health and safety policy with the following basics for all employees to comply with and we are implementing an optimal occupational health and safety system.

strive to prevent major accidents by diligently implementing the
following measures:
- □ Safety activities prioritize risk identification and improvement efforts,
and we respond actively when corrective measures are required. - □ We strictly adhere to safety and health regulations and company
policies, and we do not engage in work that lacks safety assurance. - □ We actively incorporate the opinions and demands of stakeholders,
including employees, in safety and health activities. - □ All employees participate in the establishment of safety and health
plans and engage in related activities. - □ We introduce, develop, and apply innovative technologies and new
practices to prevent safety and health accidents.
